We’ll send you an email with your appointment details and a link to complete forms online.

 Please ensure we have your referral, scan reports, and any required insurance approval.

Step 4

Attend Your Appointment

We’ll send an SMS reminder two days before. Fees are payable on the day unless covered by workers’ compensation or DVA.
